Depression is considered to be a common thing among humans. Depression may occur due to various reasons. Overcoming depression is not an easy task. It definitely needs some sort of practice. There is a fluid named serotonin in the blood platelets, digestive tract, pineal gland and the brain. This serotonin plays a major role in creating depression for humans. Serotonin acts as a chemical messenger that causes the blood vessels to narrow and transmits the nerve signals between nerve cells. The change in the levels of the serotonin in the brain is responsible for alterations in the mood and creates depression.
Depression drains all your energy and it will not give a way for you to do the thing that will make you feel better.
